Flavorful Celery!

After Jack got his box this week he wrote:
"I will say that I am shocked at how intense the celery is - like I can't recall ever having celery like that. it is NOTHING like the grocery - I am making someone broth as a sampler and I am having a hard time because the celery is SO flavorful than what I have used from the grocery"
