5 ripe stone fruits, peaches, plums and/or nectarines
1 lb tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls, drained and halved
1/4 cup packed fresh basil, chiffonade
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions
Slice stone fruit and tomatoes into thin wedges.
Combine fruits and tomatoes on a serving platter. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt, lemon juice, and sugar. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes. Taste and adjust sugar, salt and lemon juice.
