Cabbage and Chicken Salad

3 cup finely chopped romaine, salad greens and/or Tatsoi

2 cups shredded cabbage

2 cup shredded TC Farm chicken (leftovers work great)

1/2 cup jarred or fresh mandarin oranges, drained

3 oz toasted ramen noodles, chow Mein noodles or crunchy rice noodles

1/2 cup shredded carrot

1/3 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup sliced almonds

Add cucumber, kale, seeds, or cilantro!


3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp hoisin sauce or oyster sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp minced ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup vegetable oil


  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cabbage, chicken, oranges, crunchy noodles. Carrots, onions, and sliced almonds.
  2. Make the dressing in a small bowl. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
