Jennifer Simonson is an artist, storyteller and just a great person -- she has worked for the Star Tribune and Minnesota Public Radio telling stories from all over.
This summer, she asked us to grant her full access to spend a week filming at several of our farms. She then told the story of her week in this video.
I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect.
I am so busy organizing TC Farm and being a dad, it is hard sometimes hard to see a bigger picture at times. As such, it was pretty impactful to see Jennifer's outside perspective of our group.
I hope you enjoy watching.

Make an effort to opt out of the industrial food system even if that isn't with us. It makes a huge difference for our health, the environment and real farmers wanting to do better.
Here are several websites where you can find a local farm doing good work.

I had to watch 3 times.
I was so captured by the images, I wasn't listening to Jack.
I finally rolled the video up off screen and just listened.
Well done.
