Are you feeling like summer is almost over? So are we. This week we grill, enjoy some fresh summer veggies, and make some meals that we can do in double/triple batches to freeze for busy times ahead. As always, we'll spend some weekend time chopping a bunch of fresh veggies for quick-grab snacks and lunches during the week.
