Grilled Spicy Trumpet Royale

  • 8 oz. Trumpet Royale mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1-1 ½ tsp. garam masala
  • ¼ tsp. salt


1. Slice larger mushrooms in half and leave smaller mushrooms whole.

2. In a large bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, garam masala and salt.

3. Add mushrooms and toss to coat.

4. Place mushrooms on a hot grill, turning once, until marks show. Or roast at 450° for 5 minutes.
