Getting Ready for Delivery

As you've probably learned by now - we love saying yes to things. There's a special product you want? We'll work to get it to you. Need to make changes to your delivery? No problem.

But.

We also need a cut-off for making changes at the end of the month. We hate having a cut-off but thought it might be helpful to know why.

We have a limited amount of time we can spend in the frozen warehouse we rent out. To get over 1000 boxes of meat ready on 8 different pallets for 4 delivery drivers on two days (plus all the people who are starting to get home delivery!) takes a lot of time. And lifting!

Back in November, we took a time lapse video. This is about 4 hours of a 12 hour day getting the packages ready to go for our drivers.
