We would like to take a moment today, National Farmer's Day, to thank all of the farmers who raise the animals (and the food for the animals) for our group.
Both Betsy and I started out about as far removed from farming as you can get and now we are helping raise food for several hundred families each month. It has been so hard and so rewarding. I count myself lucky to have met the people I have along the way.
What we are doing wouldn't be possible without the hard work, long hours and sore backs of each of them. Thank you!
