Garlic Fest!

Posted on Aug 04, 2017 by Jack McCann

If you'd like to try out our amazing pork as prepared by Sarah Master of the Red Stag and Brett Weber of The Bachelor Farmer (literally two of our favorite restaurants), you are in luck!

Garlic Fest is run by volunteers and mostly* donated foods. Garlic Fest is a fun, fundraiser for the Sustainable Farming Association. If you care about quality farming, this is a great organization to support.

At Garlic Fest you'll find the best selection of local heirloom garlic varieties to take home and try... or to grow in your garden for next year! Some are mild, some are spicy and some are even fermented black!

If you have only ever eaten the 'California' style garlic found in most grocery stores you are TOTALLY missing out. This is the best place to find out what you are missing!

There is even Garlic Ice Cream!

But Garlic Fest is MORE than just Garlic:

- Family style country fair games

- Kite making and flying

- Great food

- Parade

- Cooking demos

- Coupons and even free items from TC Farm, Birchwood Cafe, Tripple Crown Organic BBQ sauce, Red Stag and others!

- and more!

Plus the weather forecast is ideal this year!
