These beet chips are quick and easy to make, but having a nice food processor or mandolin is really helpful. We really like using the slicer that came with our Breville immersion blender.

They are not crispy........ But taste great! Maybe I need a higher temp.

It could be a higher temp - but you probably need to cook them longer or use thinner slices - or make sure there is enough fat used.
