Greek French Fry Sauce

Here is a quick way to make those amazing 'wet' Greek fries:

First you need to make oven fries using olive oil.

Then combine:

  • Juice from one lemon (1 T)
  • 1/4 cut of vinegar (red wine would be great, or malt vinegar)

Pour the sauce over the fries and add some:

  • fresh chopped oregano and parsley
  • a few ounces of a chopped/crumbled young tangy cheese (feta, goat, etc) 
  • sea salt to taste.
